Advertisers
not fulfilling contracts must pay the difference between the
contracted rate and the applicable rate based on the frequency
achieved. GST must be added to all rates quoted. Interest
at 2% monthly or 24% annually may be charged on overdue accounts.
Accounts are due and payable upon receipt of invoice. No changes
or cancellations will be accepted after closing dates. All
rates quoted are net.
Although
every attempt will be made to accommodate the advertiser and
changes will be made if production time allows. In Business
Windsor cannot be held responsible for late charges. In Business
Windsor reserves the right to change advertisements set and
not used at a rate of $35 per hour with a minimum charge of
$35. In Business Windsor also reserves the right to censor,
revise, or reject any advertisement. We accept no liabilities
for errors beyond the space occupied. |
